📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE – ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY 📢At Eurologo, we have always prided ourselves on trust, great service and building strong relationships with our customers. For many years, we've operated a "Pay on Collection" philosophy, trusting our customers to settle their accounts when collecting their orders.Unfortunately, we are experiencing an ever-increasing trend of orders being placed and then either not collected when ready, or goods being taken with a promise of payment that is never received.As a small independent business, this has a significant impact on our:CashflowTime and resources spent chasing outstanding paymentsAbility to invest in stock, equipment and our peopleLong-term business sustainabilityIt is therefore with genuine regret that we have had to introduce a more robust payment policy to protect the business and enable us to continue providing the quality of products and service our customers have come to expect.With immediate effect:✅ A 50% deposit will be required before production begins on all orders.✅ Payment in full must be received before any goods leave our premises.This change will not affect customers who already have agreed commercial credit terms with us and have historically paid within those terms. Your existing payment terms will continue as normal.We appreciate that this represents a change to the way we've always operated, and we hope our customers understand that this decision has not been taken lightly.
